Lance built my detached garage that was 30 x 34 with LP Siding. He was very pleasant to work with and he communicated with us through out the entire project. The quality of work amazing and job site was cleaned when he was done. I will definitely have him do more projects in the future.

Harter Construction is the best construction company I’ve ever worked with. Lance, and his team, added a beautiful screened in porch to our home. After completion, I noticed snow coming in through the screens. Lance was able to problem solve and put up plastic coverings to keep the snow out!! It is a beautiful space and I am looking forward to this spring!! Harter construction is extremely knowledgeable, talented and above all, professional. Their skill set and craftsmanship exceed anyone else I have worked with. I am so very grateful I called Lance at Harter Construction!!!

Lance built a trex deck with aluminum railings for me. He framed the deck and also covered the riser with trex. I am so very happy with how it looks and also how well constructed it is.
